Geoffrey got the big bookshelf to fit our books in the book nook. They were overflowing on the other shelf that we gave to Calvin to use for his toys. It was fun watching him teach the boys how to put it together with him and use a hammer. I love that he takes that time for them. Special moments.
We purchased this wonderful bookshelf and I knew that I wanted to older boys to help me put it together. I want them to have opportunities to learn how to use tools just like I did at their age. They did a wonderful job. I was so very proud of them. We ended up installing one of the shelves backwards....but no one will ever be able to notice! They were nervous to get it up stairs without it breaking but we got it up there and they were so very excited. I am proud of Greggie and Calvin for who they are and how such good workers they are. Heavenly Father continues to bless our home with happiness and joy.
