Snowbird Tuesday

We got up early to hike to the top of the mountain where the tram is. Jerusha, Amaura, and Jenna were our guides. :)It was so beautiful and we were amazed at how well we did getting to the top. The altitude did get to Geoffrey by the top. Allergies attacked my eyes and nose after we smelled the wonderful smell of flowers and mint. It was so bad I couldn't keep my eyes open. They were burning so much.

WHAT A HIKE! Well worth the climb. It was so beautiful. I would be lying if I said it was easy. We got very close to the top and I started getting altitude sickness. I also was having a hard time breathing. I definitely want to do the hike again but I need to lose a little more weight and prep for the next time we make the hike!

We babysat for Dallins' family so they could hike as well.

Snowbird Monday

We got to Visit Grandma Smith in Salt Lake at her home for the last time. This will be the last time I get to be in her house as it is being ready to be sold. :( It is so sad. I was so thankful I could see grandma. Sad I couldn't give her a hug or any of my Aunts and Uncles.

Of course we had to get Ice-burg! Geoffrey's first time!

We went to the lookout. That was a great time for the kids to experience and see. We just had the 4 toddlers. The older two were hanging out with their cousins.

This year we were doing themed rooms. We did the cotton candy room. It was not easy getting the machine to make good cotton candy fluff. We decided to return it. What a mess.
Jerusha's family did snowcones, YUMMM
Faith did popcorn!
Adam and Minnie did Soda fountain.

Harrison had an ear infection so that made it that much harder on his ears being up in the high elevation.
