Family Pictures!

Words cannot express how much I love this man. I am IN love with him. He is so kind to me, good to me. He loves to take care of me and the boys. He works so hard to make us happy. I wish so much he didn't have to make the drive he does every week. It is so hard on him. It is so dangerous too. I am excited for the day when the Lord blesses us with a job up here. Geoffrey knows how to adjust to our needs. He is an amazing man if you ask me. I know the Lord is proud of him.

Calvin is LOVING reading the Magic Tree House series. He is so fast at reading them too. He is quick to learn his curriculum and makes connections well, it is so fun to watch! I am amazed at his common sense and ability to accomplish what he sets his mind to. He has less extreme outbursts, but the transitions from Tyler's house to ours is still hard on him. He is usually very tired. He likes to have things a certain way. He likes structure. He is very loving and giving when he is happy.

Watson likes being a big brother. He is good at giving the little ones what they need, even without being asked. He is VERY smart, loves to learn, and gets bored quickly. He is so energetic and busy all the time. He will sit to watch a show, as long as it entertains him. He is happy most of the time and enjoys puzzles. He is fun to watch. He enjoys sitting next to me when he gets the chance. As a result, all the other boys want to sit by me too. There isn't any jealousy in this house...lol We are taking him to see a speech pathologist as he is still struggling with some sounds.

Greggie is a wonderful help at home. He is GREAT at changing diapers, getting out breakfast for the kids, assisting in preschool homeschool, and doing his homeschool work on his own. He is very reliable and independent. I am so incredibly thankful and blessed to have his help. He is a life savor. He has a kind and happy heart. He is good at making us laugh with his goofy voices and silly stories.

Harrison is a ham. He loves to laugh and make you laugh. He knows when he is cute and he loves getting reactions out of his brothers. This comes at a price. He will take their toy and run away thinking it is a game as they come screaming after him. When they rip it out of his hands he doesn't find it so funny anymore, lol. When I am chasing him he runs straight to the corner of the room as if he thinks I can't find him there haha. I need to take a picture of it. He has become quite the busy body and gets into  everything. His favorite word still is apple ha ha. The poor guy has RSV and a double ear infection right now.

Eli loves to give me hugs at random. He is good at making growling noises when he plays. He speaks so well, many words. Milk, cereal, no, etc. He is easily upset when he is wanting something for he wants it now! haha. He is thirsty almost all the time. He loves to steal everyone else's water cups. He generally is a pretty good listener until lately he realized his own free will and the word no haha.

I am so blessed to be married to such a man and have 2 more boys to care for. I am tired ALLL the time. I have rare moments that I feel energy to get something done. Most the time I have to really push myself. My eyes are so tired, my head feels heavy, and my body and spirit are heavy as well a lot of the time. The days seem daunting as I know what I  need to do each day. I am thankful to be able to do it, however. I feel like it is a battle inside myself haha. I cannot believe I am going to be 31 next month!!!!

Perry was our little model
He is potty trained! Sweet boy enjoys going on the toilet now and is keeping his pull up dry most nights now. When he doesn't feel like cleaning or is hurting from a headache he says, "Mommy, I can't, I am so dizzy (or busy- I can't tell which haha) He speaks very clearly most of the time and is good at communicating his feelings. He is very dramatic. He feels things very strongly, gets his feelings hurt easily. It takes him a while to be consoled. He gets angry at times when he doesn't get his way now and can put on a face. He is happier more now as I have been able to better balance times when I can give him one on one attention as well as the others most days.

We took these propped on our 4 man stroller haha. It was nuts, but fun until it got so cold!!!

This photo shoot was CRAZY! It took so much effort. First of all, it was pretty chilly which made everyone have runny noses and not want to be outside. Then once we got there, the camera stand was broken so we had to figure out how to make the camera stand up on its own. While taking photos, kids were running around and getting upset with each other. Poor Eli fell off a log and hit his already messed up forehand. It was amazing we got family photos at all! But it was a terrific memory and I look forward to doing every year. I love this family of mine and am so incredibly grateful!
