Boys Trip To the Cane land

The boys all went to help Grandpa move rocks for a washout on the road. They shot guns, hammered T post to tie down trees that were planted.

I had a great time taking the boys out to the land with Grandpa and Uncle Steven and Uncle Mckee. It was a lot of fun. They really enjoyed throwing rocks in the washout part of the road. They loved riding in the back of grandpa geddie's truck. When it came time for shooting they were a little scared but once we had ear protection the boys loved watching Grandpa shoot the gun. Then I went and did a little shooting and then helped Calvin and Greggie both shoot. They seemed to have really enjoyed it. We also gave Grandpa his Father's day gift and he seemed to enjoy it. It was a fun trip. 

Great Grandma Geddie's Funeral/Calvin's Special Scripture Experience

Calvin had a special experience reading his scriptures for the first time. He was able to relate a scripture all on his own to himself. He told me he had a really good feeling reading his scriptures! 

Wonderful hotel setup Geoffrey's parents set us up with, two joining rooms, one two bed room, the other a king bed with a couch bed. We had two kids per bed and they stayed in! It was great!

The funeral was very hot, and 3 of the toddlers were very difficult. Harrison was the calm one this time. It was special for me to learn more about grandma Geddie.

This trip was really a wonderful experience, there wasn't fighting between family members, everyone seemed to get along, it was great! It was also exhausting of course with 6 kids.
