Sweet Bella had low blood sugar so they had to prick her foot a lot to check it often. I had to try and feed her as much as I could to get her sugar leveled out. Poor thing failed her last test so she had to do it over again.
My left foot hurt a lot I think from the epidural left overs. It was still numb and just hurt a lot. An Anesthesiologist came in to check on it. He was SO loud and very vibrant man it was too much for me. WAY over stimulating. It took a while for the pain in my foot to go away. I wasn't sure if it ever would. It took a few weeks.
Our night nurse was amazing.
My day nurse was not so good. She didn't want to give me pain medicine for some reason. She said this was why she wouldn't want to get an epidural if she had a baby. That isn't why I HURT LIKE this lady. haha. She has NO idea. She would also tell us that she wasn't going to check on us. If we needed something, let her know. Well, she wasn't around fast enough when we needed her.
The chocolate cake here was AMAZING. They gave it to us with our celebratory meal. They were kind and gave it to us again. I ended up being able to have it three times! YAY!
