Wedding Preparations

I was amazed at all the stuff I was able to get done and decide on so quickly. Of course my mom and others were a great help. Geoffrey made our invitations. I found a dress, I went by myself and it was interesting! My mom came for the fitting and she LOVED the dress just as I did. It was so beautiful! It had cream with lace and sparkle. Just what I love. 

The colors were easy, I found a good combo online that I really liked. Geoffrey didn't seem picky and liked what I liked. Sister Holloway did my flowers again. I decided I wanted a unique shape. I didn't want the circular. I wanted big heart like shape. So pretty!

While dating, Tia and I had joked about getting married on June 1st. With the decision to be married so quickly and with the new announcement from the church that civil marriages would not need to wait a year before being sealed, this was our chance. We thought we could actually do it, be married on June 1st! Although after some discussion is was decided that would be a little too quick so we pushed it back to June 15th. We had a LOT of work to do. I made the invitations, planned the honeymoon and ordered the suits. Honestly, Tia took care of pretty m much everything else. I helped where I could but she did most of the work. It was amazing to witness how everything came together. Even her siblings were able to make arrangements and all of them were able to be there. It was incredible.
