Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party- Disney World!

Geoffrey surprised me with tickets to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party at Disney World!! We got to dress up and get candy at every corner, ride some fun rides, eat some unique foods and desserts, see an amazing firework show and make some incredible memories together!

Ready to leave the hotel!

In the Elevator on our way out! We knew we would be a spectacle as we walked through the fancy pants hotel. One group wanted to take a picture with us. One older woman rolled her eyes and said, "Okaaayy". There were some kids outside the hotel that got excited when they saw us.
The drive there made us think of Jurassic Park. We were talking about it earlier and now it looked like it was REAL! There were big fences around tall trees. We thought, What could they possibly be keeping in?! Of course, T-Rex!

Our first ride we went on we got SOAKED! It was so funny

It's a Small World ride, there was one other person on the ride haha. We talked about how old the ride was, the dolls and how crazy that was. Mom then told us that they are closing that ride soon!

There were so many foods we wanted to make sure we had while we were there. It was so fun to try so many things!
Waiting for the firework show on the castle

The drive to Disney World was 3 hours. We left at 1am. We are both terrible at driving at night. It was scary. I ended up driving half the time so Geoffrey could sleep. It was a miracle we made it safely home. I don't want to do that again! (Disney yes, but driving in the middle of the night-no)

On a side note, at the end of the night in the Disney Store, I heard my name being called. What? ahah
I turn around and to my surprise, it was Bridgette from high school! Apparently, she lives in Orlando now. What are the odds that we would run into each other!? I mean, even if we happened to be there the same night in the same park, that we would happen to pass each other!! So crazy.
It was a little awkward because she and her husband seemed a bit tipsy. She was VERY excited to see me. A little too excited haha.

  1. I am sooo glad you had this opportunity AND that you made it back safely. Six boys (and the twins yet to come) all need you! 😁
