We picked up Greggie on his birthday for a couple of hours. We took him to get braums and ate in the back of the van and played games. It was a fun and unique memory we hope he can enjoy.
I can't believe my baby is 10. My sweet Greggie. He is still funny, he is less shy of his dancing now and will be crazy again like he used to. He is much more emotional this past year, the pre teen hormones have settled in. He will cry and say he doesn't know why he is crying. He gets overwhelmed easily with lots of crying or noise. He does VERY well working on his homeschool on his own. He basically schools himself. I love him so.
Recent quotes: It's 2020! They should have an easier way of putting baby pants on by now! Their foot always gets stuck!
It's 2020! They should have houses should be bomb proof by now!
Greggie doing dishes: (gagging) I am going to throw up!
Me: Why?
Greggie: I just smelled what milk left out smells like! UHHG It looks like cheese!
.....I..... DON'T..... LIKE THIS!
(Turns on the garbage disposal)
There, now that worst smell ever is gone!
(Begins humming again as he often does)
Me: oh the joys of preteen hormones.

He has said some interesting things and with such passion,i have to write them down.
Happy Birthday Greggie! I can't believe he is 10 now! Our little boy is growing up so fast! I am so grateful to call him my son. He is filled with love and compassion and is always willing to serve others. He cares deeply about others feelings and wants to make them happy. He is a good hard worker and loves to paly and relax. He loves playing with his younger brothers and showing them new fun things to do. He is ever so creative and can put things together in ways I could only dream of. He is very intelligent. He is also very artistic and I love seeing his wonderful mind at work! I am grateful to call him my son and I look forward to the young man he will become and I anxiously await the continued memories we will be able to make!
